Resep Pancake

Bahan :
. 275 gr tepung, ayak
. 1/2 sdt garam
. 3 sdm gula pasir
. 2 sdt baking powder
. 1 butir telur, kocok
. 2 sdm mentega, lelehkan
. 350 ml susu cair

Cara Pembuatan :
. Campur tepung, garam, gulu, dan baking powder.
. Campur telur, mentega, dan susu cair. Lalu campurkan dengan adonan sebelumnya, aduk hingga rata.
. Panaskan wajan anti lengket yang bediameter 15 cm.
. Masaklah dengan sabar :)


NB : Tambahkan saus karamel atau semacamnya untuk hasil yang lebih sempurna.

Musim Kemarau

Musim kemarau adalah musim di daerah tropis yang dipengaruhi oleh angin muson. Musim kemarau dikenal pula Musim Kering.Untuk dapat disebut musim kemarau, curah hujan per bulan harus di bawah 60 mm per bulan (atau 20 mm per dasarian) selama tiga dasarian berturut-turut.

Walaupun banyak kerugian di musim ini. Namun, banyak pula keuntungannya. Salah satunya kita dapat melihat sunset (matahari terbenam). Banyak orang yang tidak menyadari betapa indahnya langit ketika matahari mencondong ke barat. Kesempatin ini pun saya gunakan untuk mengambil foto.

Yaaa,, walaupun saya mengambilnya dari mobil yang berjalan laju. Jadi rada-rada kabur deh fotonya.
Tapi nikmati saja yah. ^_^
